When a popular rap artist is kidnapped by a maniac, investigator Nastya takes on the case; seeking the help of a medical professional, Nastya makes an unexpected alliance with Dr. Lemke.

Nastya and Dr. Lemke begin to develop their team, searching for the right candidates to join; Nastya is uncomfortable hiring a former criminal; Dr. Lemke tries to put his family life back together.

The team begins to gain momentum, adding another candidate, Eduard, for the biologist position. Unidentified remains are found in a hidden place named "Peace and Quiet", but who is behind the murders? The gang runs into a young chemist named Shurik and just might acquire his skills for the good of the team.

When two construction workers stumble upon a corpse, the gang quickly assembles to solve the mystery; Nastya and Dr. Lemke inquire on an additional member to the team: a psychologist named Dr. Rotkin.
