After moving from Chiswick to South Harlesden, Amanda rekindles her friendship with Anne and tries to schmooze a celebrity chef at her kids' secondary school.

Amanda is forced to sell the contents of her lock-up at a car boot sale; Felicity attends her old friend Bunny's funeral; Mal struggles with his ex-wife's clear-out of all their keepsakes.

Anne takes on the Herculean task of teaching teenagers; Amanda gets a job at Kitchen's Kitchens and Bathrooms; Della launches her new restaurant, Double Shin.

Amanda goes on a date with South African property developer Johannes; Georgie and Darius's relationship starts to get serious, much to Anne's delight.

Much to Amanda's annoyance, Anne organises a camping trip to the New Forest. However, the weekend trip ends up being a nightmare.

Amanda takes over organising the end-of-season football awards, replacing tracksuits and sausage rolls with black tie and cocktails. Not everyone is happy about this change.
