Next Step Staffing was founded in 2010 with the motto of "One Person, One Job, and One Nation." The vision of creating a business designed to assist, train and develop non-violent ex offenders and veterans in re-entering into the work industry by finding meaningful jobs.

Adam founded A.D. Higgins Media in 2012, a creative agency that develops digital content. A.D. Higgins Media's flagship product is Black Men's Dossier, a digital magazine that Document the Lives of Black Men Everywhere, and has interviewed over 100 men. Black Men's Dossier presents examples outside of the stereotypical professions generally presented in mass media.

Quisa is founding partner of F2 Communications Group located in Atlanta, GA. The international public relations firm represents public and private sectors businesses throughout the country and focuses on brand development, media relations, crisis communications and government relations.

Loop Salon is a multi-textural hair salon, which caters to the hair care needs of the modern-day, chic, working woman, with an emphasis on best practices for care, styling, and maintenance of all hair types. Our mission is to enrich the community through education of healthy, multi-textural hair in a trendy, environmentally aware atmosphere.

Currently, Coleman is an agent licensed to sell insurance through New York Life Insurance Company and may be licensed with various other independent unaffiliated insurance companies in the states of Georgia and Pennsylvania.
