Three recruits are pushed to their limits in an eye-opening introduction to army life. At 32, Lisa Strain, is the oldest recruit in the troop.

Five women have dropped out of 3 Section already and the tough stuff has only just started. Their trainer Corporal Ellis says "This is where it gets brutal, none of them will get through it on their own".
