Heaven's Coin

The wealthy doctor Shuichi falls in love with Aya, a nursing assistant. He then proposes to her and has to immediately go to the airport in Tokyo, where he falls and hits his head very hard.

Aya heads to Tokyo in search of Shuichi, who hasn't returned, and coincidentally meets Shuichi's brother Takumi. She learns that Shuichi is suffering from amnesia, so she starts working as a nursing attendant in the same hospital.

Aya tries to encourage Shuichi, who is frustrated with his slow recovery; Shoko devotes herself to caring for Shuichi and begins developing feelings for him.

Shuichi works as a hospital administrator with his memory still gone and Aya tries to help him in any way she can.

Shuichi regains part of his memory and pulls off a remarkable surgery; Takumi, who was out when he was supposed to be on the night shift, receives severe criticism.

Shoko tells Aya to back off, for Shuichi's sake; Komori schemes a takeover of Eiseikai Hospital and appoints Takumi to perform the surgery on Shuichi, hoping for failure.
