Hell's Kitchen

Contestants compete in the signature dish challenge after being divided into two teams. The winning team are rewarded with a private dinner party with chef Ramsay, while the losing team are left behind to clean up the filthy kitchens.

When the contestants must deliberate on which chef makes the best scallops, tensions run high; a rocky first dinner service for both teams involves raw meat and bad communication.

The contestants serve brunch to new American citizens. One team reigns supreme and is rewarded with a swanky Hollywood rooftop pool party, while the losing team picks up confetti. The teams serve Victor Cruz, Bobby Berk, Alaska and Liam Pace.

The contestants must create elevated American comfort food dishes.

The chefs must identify mystery proteins as quickly as possible; actor Dolph Lundgren and singer Paula Abdul attend a dinner service.

The chefs go head-to-head in a soccer-themed fusion cuisine challenge with soccer legend Alexi Lalas; fusion chef Tony Messina guest judges; the chefs compete in a chaotic dinner service.
