Seiichi, Akane and Shinji receive a fax from the president of a seafood company asking for help. Sensing that the case is serious, Seiichi rushes to the scene.

Yeo-hwa decides to save Ggotnim by herself; the Minister of Finance summons Su-ho, as a masked man sneaks into his house and steals his precious painting.

Su-ho rescues Yeo-hwa from a gang of thieves; Yeo-hwa follows her mother-in-law to a poor village and puts herself in danger to save an elderly woman.

The subordinates of Pil-jik display quite suspicious behaviour; Yeo-hwa asks Su-ho for help, but he declines to aid a mere vigilante with such serious matters.

Yeo-hwa continues her vigilante work as she believes the laws are unfit to serve the people; Su-ho feels conflicted; Heung-jip is found dead.

Yeo-hwa is willing to testify in order to prove Yong-deok's innocence; a lingering scent, among other clues, leaves Su-ho wondering if the real culprit is still free.
