Billie arrives in Magiki for a ride on the Royal Raft, but finds it impossible to navigate the river due to heavy fog; Billie discovers that the fog is coming from a poor dragon, made sick by the evil Marie and Antoinette.

It seems everyone has forgotten Elizabeth's birthday today; to be forgiven, Millie then proposes to make a private concert a public celebration in honour of her friend.

A stranger arrives at Magiki; Ferdinand the Frog, unsure of his own abilities, convinces Millie and his friends that he is perfectly capable of understanding him.

A mysterious box was mistakenly dropped off at the Magiki post office; Millie and her friends quickly realise that the unusual package contains a gift machine.

At the border, Millie learns that customs sirens have intercepted their truckload of sparkling flowers and demand a box of moon dust in return.

When Billie comes to Magiki to inaugurate a rainbow fountain, Marie and Antoinette trick Billie and her entire court into looking ridiculous; Billie tries to get everyone's look back, but Marie and Antoinette manage to make things worse.
