Maud Bachelet seems to be living the perfect life, with a growing business, loyal friends, independent and loving children. The only shadow is her love life, but everything changes when she meets Mathias.

For Maud, the return from Italy is a little brutal; taking advantage of her absence, Joseph seems to have regressed; Mathias quickly takes advantage of the mother-son relationship, which is strained.

Following Joseph's departure, the noose around Maud tightens. While Mathias must go on a mission for his work, his Machiavellian plan does not stop at Maud.

While Maud sees her daily life collapsing, Mathias moves up a gear. He will do everything to isolate Maud and keep her by his side, but an event he was not expecting threatens to thwart his plans.

Joseph, who has become closer to Caroline, tries to collect as much evidence as possible to bring down Mathias. After a difficult investigation, he finds Cathy's trace.

With all the cards having been reshuffled, it's possible that, in the end, Mathias hasn't won the game yet.
