From Bergen to Voss
Martin and Phil are back in Bergen to experience the industry that made Norway its billions: oil and gas. They pull on their safety suits to undertake the offshore emergency training that keeps the workers safe out at sea.

Central Norway
Journeying through Norway's fjord landscapes, Martin and Phil go back in time at Viking Valley, where they discover that the fearsome Norse warriors enjoyed a surprisingly relaxed home life when they returned from their pillaging and fighting.

Trondheim
Martin and Phil enjoy a stunning drive to Trondheim, Norway's capital of cool, where they experience the heat of a Michelin-starred kitchen, before letting off steam at a death metal gig.

The Arctic Circle
The duo make it to the Arctic Circle, where they get up close and personal with the local wildlife, pop in on pop star Dagny and stop off at the very edge of the European continent.
