A look inside Sergeant Manny Malgor's highly trained unit, who are trained for special response and violent crime situations. The team tackles a situation involving drugs and heavy weapons.

Jeff Chagrin works on earning his stripes with the Special Response Team as they obliterate as much crime as possible in Miami.

The team are called out as a young man threatens suicide, having barricaded himself in at home. They evacuate the area and employ a negotiation team to try and talk him down.
