Office pet Marjory Mofax has been ill for a while. When her sudden death really upsets Mo, he gets a visit from the Sad Panda. Mikki needs to cheer up her bestie but first she must understand what being sad is all about.

Mo signs Mikki up for a karaoke competition, which sends her into an anxiety spiral. She just loves singing but doesn't want to sing in front of her friends, family, or any cool teenagers.

Mikki becomes addicted to her phone, especially trying to get likes and shares, and begins to troll her sister, Daphne.

Mo struggles with defining his identity; Mikki needs to investigate what identity really means because the office is way too chilly thanks to Mo's new ice-cold look.
