Millie Inbetween

Almost a year after Millie and Lauren's parents break up, they find themselves commuting between their mum's house and their dad's flat nearby; and that's before her mum gets a new boyfriend and her dad a new girlfriend.

Millie and Lauren try to coax their reluctant dad back onto the dating scene, with consequences they could never have predicted; Mum tries too hard to get in shape for a 10k run.

Mum and Mike plan a night out, but when their babysitter cancels, they decide to leave the girls with Mike's son Craig; he's their worst teenage nightmare, even though they've just met, and quickly shows them he's in charge.

Dad has a date with Amber, who the girls think is way out of his league - so they decide to give his image a radical makeover; meanwhile, Craig ruins mum's plan to create a new sausage sensation for Sunnyshopper.

It's Halloween, and Amber brings her kids, Fran and Jake, over to Dad's to meet the girls; things are more frosty than spooky, especially when Jake destroys Millie's special costume; Mum thinks Craig's zombie make-up is a little too realistic.

When Mike and Craig move in, Millie has to give up her room and share with Lauren, who is not happy about it; she goes over to her dad's - only to find midwife Amber has brought a patient home with her.
