Non-Stop, the alter-ego of former pro skater Dave Raj, is a convenience store clerk who cannot be shot. The final member of the team is Richard Escartin, an oil billionaire who, as El Jefe, wields a super-charged leafblower that can not only suck and blow with deadly force, but is so powerful that it allows him to fly and rip holes in time and space.
