One Dollar Lawyer

Cheon Jihun takes on an underprivileged client who has four cases of pick pocketing against them. An intense court battle takes place between his client and the prosecution.

Mari, a student at the Judicial Training Institue, is told she will only be an attorney if she is Ji Huns assistant for two months first.

Mari joins Jihun's defence. However, she cannot understand why Jihun is making a big deal out of a simple case; Jihun meets President Mo in prison for a covert chat; as Mari attempts to find Cheon Yeongbae's weakness, another victim shows up.

Mari and Sa Mujang advise Jihun to decline a request as the case is rather brutal. However, Jihun reluctantly agrees to defend the man who may have murdered his parents. Jihun's team must search for the truth.

Marie gets the feeling that all the people involved in the case are suspicious and that they are hiding something; Ji-hoon thinks that the painting he found in the mansion will be a big clue.

Ji-hoon grasps the whole story of the case with his sharp analytical skills; Mari hears about Ji-hoon's past when he was working as a prosecutor five years ago.
