Recipes That Rock

Matt visits the famous Leeuwin Estate where he was trained and finds his first boss, Dennis, catching some marron. Matt makes a marron, fennel and mayo salad with fresh herbs.

The first stop today is Gabriel's Chocolate, where they make chocolate from bean to bar. Alex and Matt have to help decorate chocolate bars, with some surprising results.

Matt suggests calling into a cidery in Donnybrook where everyone's at the dam catching fish for lunch. On the way back they stop at the Margaret River Farmers' Market.

Climbing down into Ngilgi Cave, Alex and Matt hear the unmistakable sound of a didgeridoo echoing eerily from below. Here they meet up with their indigenous friend, Josh Whiteland.
