Robert arrives in Safford, Ariz., to help turn things around at the Copper Steer Steakhouse; the restaurant was the dream of Parrish and Maureen, but it turned into a nightmare as they started losing money with no clue how to turn things around.

With infighting destroying the business, Habanera and the Guero in Houston, Texas is on the verge of closing; Robert Irvine will have to convince the owner, Ben, to concentrate on the restaurant.

Robert Irvine returns to Rosie's Cafe where he previously helped the owner, Kaitlyn; she has since suffered a near-fatal car accident, and Robert comes back to help with her medical bills.
