Sando is excommunicated from her family after revealing that she spent the night with her daughter's fiancé, Kevin. 10 years later, she must find a way to earn their forgiveness and win her company back.

Sando attempts to win over Susie, whose best friend is having an affair with her father. When things start looking up, Sando ruins everything by being herself.

Eric fails to live up to the family name after getting a job at Sando's Warehouse; Susie quits divorce proceedings to keep an important secret; Sando rigs a family vote.

Nicky manages to successfully hypnotise Sando, much to her surprise, but the family concede they need to get the old Sando back.

Eric is counselled by Nicky when he admits his fear of women; Don prepares for a gig; Rian and Gary are convinced that Susie is a goblin; Don's gig and Sando's meeting with Tony are threatened.

Sando pitches for her life, while Tony presents his vision for Sando's Warehouse to the board. She wants to shoot a hit commercial to try and save her family and company.
