South Central street entrepreneur Franklin Saint enters the cocaine game; disgruntled CIA officer Teddy McDonald teams up with a Contra soldier; Gustavo `El Oso' Zapata, a `luchador' pro-wrestler, makes inroads with a Mexican cartel family.

Franklin did well in shifting Avi's product and goes back for more. He's high on his success but he may soon have to learn some hard lessons about the path he's decided to take. Having gone into an uneasy partnership with Alejandro, Teddy insists on meeting their supplier.

Franklin needs to recover his money and get revenge on the people who took it. Unable to do it alone, Leon says he knows someone who'll help; Alejandro and Teddy have lined up a huge arms deal.

Teddy has flown all the way to the Nicaraguan jungle to find Alejandro and the weapons. When he gets there, he sees the real conditions the Contras are fighting under. Double-crossed again, Franklin and Leon learn to do their own dirty work.
