The incompetent Greek-Cypriot letting agent Stath works for his family business Michael and Eagle. Stath's hapless sister Sophie dreams of being a professional dancer, but holds a candle for the family's favourite employee.

After losing his patience and pushing a customer, Stath needs to impress Vasos, his boss and dad, by letting some flats. He steals a viewing from his rival Carole.

Stath is excited when his dad gives him a garden flat to let in a desirable area. Overly confident, he only books one viewing.

A Job is a Change
After accidentally burning down a property, Stath is told not to come into work for a week. Stath heads to the slick agency next door and lands himself a new job.

Stath goes to extreme lengths to get into the annual inter-agency football tournament, after he learns he's been dropped from the team.
EPISODE 5
A Romance of Love
Stath becomes infatuated with his former rival after the two spend the night together; Al tries to offer Sophie support when she receives her dance college results.
EPISODE 6
It’s a Manager Day
A party is planned for Vasos's 70th birthday; Stath is desperate for his dad to hand the business over to him, but finds himself out of his depth when an actual interview is organised.
