Aaron begins his journey in the western islands of the Torres Strait and meets an old friend. He finds an island of fishermen, sailors, warriors, and amazing cooks.

Aaron returns to the Northern Peninsula Area at the tip of Cape York: his home and his old stomping grounds.

Aaron explores a jewel at the heart of the Torres Strait, the island paradise of Poruma, learning how climate change is affecting the community and exploring the versatility of the coconut.

Npa Tombstone
The community of New Mapoon invites Aaron back to celebrate a Tombstone opening, with 1500 guests coming for dinner.

Kubin
Aaron meets up with an old friend to hear how the people of Moa island are continuing their traditions of farming and gardening.
Warraber
Aaron starts off the season by visiting the island of Warraber, where he meets with Sister Fiona, who shows him how to cook her Cyprus-inspired crayfish mornay.
