Junior High School friends Stephanie and Jan hate rules. They will stop at nothing to get out of their frog dissection class in Biology, including skip school. The girls end up in the Everglades where they meet John Kirby, a Professor of Zoological Biology. He warns them that they will have to pay for their inappropriate actions, and sure enough the girls get punished with clean up duty when they return to school.
