Dealing with her own displacement issues, Raven is on a mission to recruit a few friends who also have a traumatic past.

With the race for Mayor finally being settled, there is still tension that exists between the two candidates; the local authorities seem to be closing in on a suspect that's responsible for a heinous crime.

The nefarious activities of Raven and her friends are starting to make the crew unravel; their intended purpose is not going as they had planned it to.

Raven is determined to get a friend the professional help that they're desperately seeking.
