Billy falls to the centre of the Earth and meets Nergal; Billy and Mandy need to sell cookies to win a badge.

Grim finds himself mistaken for a boy named Gregory while on a Halloween excursion; Grim learns his fate from his first customer; Billy and Grim deduce that Mandy is a cannibal.

Nergal tries to make friends, and fails; Billy and Grim throw a surprise birthday party; Billy and Irwin are addicted to a video game.

Billy develops an evil growth; Grim must evade extermination; Grim builds Billy a new Mandy out of old toys.
