The War Is Over

Post WWII, former engineer Davide and a group of educators who survived the Nazis, take shelter on an estranged estate with a few Jewish orphans that they take care of.

Davide, still on the lookout for his family, gets a few leads about his missing wife and son; Giulia tries to learn more about the children and their background.

Once they're given an eviction notice, another battle begins as the group scatters away, but this leads them to devise a plan for themselves.

Davide is on his way to find his missing family and while on his trip, he happens to unveil some clues about Mattia.

The abandoned estate's owner, the Marchioness, hires a lawyer to execute the eviction. However, the lawyer falls in love with Giulia and works to stop the dismissal.

Sara's family is betrayed and she gets to know more about the man who deceived them and the truth about what happened.
