Restaurant owner Lisa Vanderpump balances her maternal instinct with a keen business sense, as she manages a group of employees who are set on following their own dreams.

Lisa has her staff help create a parade float to celebrate Gay Pride, while Jax wants to fix his relationship with Stassi.

Lisa tries to keep her staff's personal lives out of the restaurant. Jax makes a bold move, but a revelation pushes Stassi toward another man.
