After three long years in prison Ted West has been released and he now needs to work out who is the snitch. Lefty has stepped up in Teds absence and is now leading the gang but Ted isn't happy about the way Rita and Wolf have been treated.

1975: Is't Far You Ride?

With Ted away on business, Rita finds herself bored and decides to pursue other things. Wolf has caused tension with the Doslic neighbours after he vandalises their property. Rita wants her own career but ends up working the angles to help Ted.

Rita takes in Carol after Phineas beats her up. Teds South Island payroll job is interrupted by the police who aren't targeting the gang but instead overstayers. Ted decides that they should take on Falani, a homeless disco dancing overstayer.

The gang are feeling the pressure as another poisoned lamington shows up and puts everyone on edge. The notorious Mr Asia hooks the gang up with a new deal with doing what they do best.
