Paulina Gaitán

After landing film roles while a pre-teen, including a supporting part in the 2004 war epic "Innocent Voices," Paulina Gaitan has emerged as a serious dramatic actress with credits in both English- and Spanish-language productions. A few years after "Innocent Voices," she was one of the main protagonists in "Trade," a harrowing drama in which she played Adriana, a Mexican girl who is forced into sex slavery. She subsequently starred in 2009's "Sin Nombre," about illegal immigrants seeking a better life in the United States, which led to more work in her native Mexico as well as a part in the U.S. television series "The River."
