On an exploratory flight, a police spacecraft discovers a planet on which there might be life; Peter and Young Jumbo must investigate.

During a routine flight, Peter and Young Jumbo land on a planet that's uninhabited; they find a spaceship from Cassiopeia; even stranger, it explodes; they decide to unravel this mystery.
