Willy Fog arrives before his scheduled time informing Rigodon they are leaving that same night on a trip around the world. Mr. Sullivan hires Transfer to prevent Willy Fog from achieving his trip around the world as he has also bet money.

Transfer, disguised as a French lady, attempts to lead Fog and his party astray in Paris.
