Hanasaki Mai Speaks Out

'Hanasaki Mai ga Damattenai'. Two bankers with no power or status stand up for their distressed colleagues who don't have the nerve to blow the whistle.

Mai feels unsettled by the news of friends getting married one after another; the bank receives a letter of complaint regarding an issue at the matchmaking agency, prompting Soma and Mai to visit the specific branch that granted the company its loan.

Mai and Soma are ordered to go to the Kamata branch for office support. Mai is enthusiastic about being able to work as a banker after a long time. However, the manager Suga (Satoshi Jimbo) is a man who puts high pressure on his subordinates, saying that incompetent people are not necessary. The Kamata branch is busy dealing with a large number of customers right from the morning. There are many troublesome customers involved, most of who come to Mai's counter. On the other hand, Soma is working as a customer guide and doing odd jobs in the lobby. In fact, this is Suga's idea to hurt them. Knowing that, Mai does not want to give in to his harassment. The next day, Mai and Soma keep working hard, even though the number of order forms is endless. However, after the store closed, a big mistake is found in the forms processed by Mai.

After wrapping up an awkward face-to-face meeting with Director Shindo first thing in the morning, Soma and Mai receive a new assignment and set out to investigate a missing employee.
