Old School Week

S7, E5: It’s totally tubular in the tent with the return of Old School Week as the six bakers are steeped in nostalgic bakes. Starting with the Signature, the bakers serve up a throwback breakfast treat, the Toaster Pastry, customized and elevated in their individual styles. The Technical takes the bakers way, way back to the 13th Century with Knafeh, a Middle Eastern delicacy featuring shredded phyllo, sweet cheese, and rose syrup. Then for the Show Stopper the bakers create a Kitsch Cake, maximally decorated in bright colours with over-the-top piping.
