The Great Canadian Baking Show

Three baker finalists step into the Tent for the last bakes of the season to determine who will win The Great Canadian Baking Show! For the Signature Bake, they’ll demonstrate their Italian baking abilities with Torta Diplomatica, comprised of puff pastry, lady fingers and cream. The Technical Challenge will see the bakers try their hand at a Passionfruit Mille Crêpe Cake made with thinly stacked layers of tricky crêpes. Then, for the final Show Stopper of the season, the bakers push their skills to the limit with an Antigravity Cake that will impress with its flavours, structure, and ability to defy physics. The judges make the final decision and award the coveted cake plate to Canada’s best amateur baker.
