S10, E7: The final 4 Chefs travel to The Cayman Islands and must create the perfect happy hour dish in their first tropical Quickfire Challenge. After going on a food tour of the Island, the Chefs must show off their signature Canadian cuisine, using local ingredients, at an event that welcomes Cayman locals and influential culinary tastemakers.
