Dirty Money

Roland and Berthe, a couple with modest means, live in Montréal with their two children and their employee Ernest. They decide to rob their rich uncle Arthur and Berthe calls her two brothers, Rosaire and Ti-Bi, to help them break into his house. Ernest overhears and gets in on the action. He kills Roland and makes off with the loot. With a gangster, "the man with the rings," after him, Ernest hides out at his parents’ home, where he dies at the hands of Berthe and the police. Ernest’s parents end up with the money.
