Peaceful Flow

Peaceful Flow is a great yoga-film suited for a beginners' to intermediate level. It contains three sequences of different duration and intensity. In this way the film meets the needs of different people, different times and different moods. The yoga is guided in a calm, meditative flow and offers both a gentle soothing practice and a challenging strengthening sequence. Throughout there is an overall focus on cultivating a dual feeling of strength and openness, which is a way to a more peaceful life. Simon Krohn has studied and practised yoga and buddhism since 1996. He holds an MA in Indian Philosophy and teaches workshops on meditation, philosophy and yoga technique internationally. Simon is a certified yoga teacher at the highest level from the Yoga Alliance - the world's largest yoga organisation.
