The Mental State

Andy suspects that a dangerous shooter is on the loose in his hometown. After learning the shooter's identity, he uncovers a much darker conspiracy that's brewing around the girl he loves. As his behavior at school starts to become more irrational, his mother struggles to find him the professional care he needs.
