A heart warming Christmas comedy about a father and son who run a rickety used car lot in L. A. that's facing foreclosure. The father and son's money problems, health problems, and love problems collide, when the son, a 45 year old virgin with arrested development falls in love with a stripper working at a club across the street. When the father and son become targets of the strip club's schemes to take away their car lot, they must work together to overcome the challenges they face.
