BFF's Lilly and Miley have a falling out when Lilly fails to select Miley on her flag football team at school. In an effort to get the two to reconcile, Oliver handcuffs them together and accidentally loses the key, leaving the two bound together as Hannah accepts a music award. Robby refuses to talk to Jackson until he learns his lesson to do what's he's told the first time he's asked.
