Canadian actress Laci J. Mailey enjoyed recurring parts in "Falling Skies" (TNT, 2011-15), "The Romeo Section" (CBC, 2015-16) and "Chesapeake Shores" (Hallmark Channel, 2016-) as well as the leading role in grindhouse horror "Evil Feed" (2013). Born in Fruitvale, British Columbia, Mailey was inspired to pursue an acting career by the Oscar-winning phenomenon "Titanic" (1997), and after graduating high school honed her craft at Vancouver Film School. Mailey made her screen debut in short film "Tempo" (2011) before landing minor roles in TV movies "Hunt for the I-5 Killer" (2011), "Good Morning, Killer" (2011) and "The Pregnancy Project" (2011). After appearing as the mother of an abandoned baby in TV movie "Notes from the Heart Healer" (2012), a streetwise homeless teen in drama "Throw Away People" (2012) and Thea Queen's friend Margo in the pilot episode of Arrow (The CW, 2012-), Mailey bagged the recurring role of Captain Weaver's ill-fated eldest daughter Jeanne in post-apocalyptic sci-fi "Falling Skies" (TNT, 2011-15). She then showed up in disaster miniseries "Ring of Fire" (Reelz, 2012), three episodes of medical drama "Emily Owens, M.D." (The CW, 2012-13) and the original TV movie version of "Signed, Sealed and Delivered" (2013) before starring as a scream queen kidnapped by cannibalistic restauranteurs in schlocky horror "Evil Feed" (2013). Mailey also enjoyed guest spots on police procedural "Motive" (CTV, 2013-16), time-traveling sci-fi "Continuum" (Showcase, 2012-15) and long-running "Supernatural" (The CW, 2005-), played Juliet in psychological horror "The Dorm" (2014) and originated the role of Fen in fantasy series "The Magicians" (Syfy, 2015-). After adding "Newlywed and Dead" (2016) to her list of TV movie credits, Mailey enjoyed a seven-episode stint as psychiatric patient Sonya in spy thriller "The Romeo Section" (CBC, 2015-16) and was cast as free-spirited aspiring B&B owner Jess O'Brien in the adaptation of Sherryl Woods' novel, "Chesapeake Shores" (Hallmark Channel, 2016-).
