It has been 800 years since the incredibly fast and powerful gods of battle known as the Idaten sealed away the demons after an intense battle; the current generation of Idaten have never fought a battle and are enjoying their peaceful lives.

Vicious and bloodthirsty demons who are immune to all manner of weaponry plague mankind; humanity's cries for help brings forth the Idaten; battle deities use their speed to hunt the demons down.

A look at what the Idaten have been doing in the eight hundred years of no demons to fight; Dr. Obami plots their defeat.
EPISODE 3
Whirlwind
With the presence of the demons revealed to the surviving Idaten, Dr. Obami sends one of his strongest warriors to challenge the peace-softened deities.
EPISODE 4
Yellow Sparrow
Rin intends on wiping out the demons, but without a plan, some demons would easily escape; Ysley contacts another Idaten named Prontea to formulate a strategy, while the demons begin their own divide-and-conquer campaign against their divine enemies.
EPISODE 5
Color
Three battles unfold simultaneously as Ysley takes on General Piscalat of the Zoble Empire, Paula and Hayato tangle with Cory, the demon who looks like a child soldier, and Prontea toys with the powerful Neput.

Ice Cream Toast
As Ysley and Prontea plot their attack on the demons, Dr. Obami has the eagle-eyed Miku continue to evaluate the threat posed by the Idaten.
