Marie-Christine and Maryse begin the investigation into Patricia Fergusson's disappearance to help Sabrina find out the truth. We dive into her story thanks to her relatives, including her two aunts Huguette and Micheline. We go back to 1995 to describe the context of her birth and the circumstances of Patricia's disappearance.

Linda discovers in the newspaper in '98 that her neighbour may not have been the nice man she thought he was. Who is this man who was the last person to see Patricia? Sabrina takes a DNA test to discover her origins. The results will give an idea of her father's nationality, which could help in tracing him.

Marie-Christine and Maryse review all the possibilities. Everything is so obvious today. How could the police have missed these clues? In all three assaults, the neighbour took his victims to two different motels. They try to find out if there is any trace of him going to these motels on the night of June 6, 1996.

Maryse and Marie-Christine get the results of the DNA test Sabrina took. Will she find out who her biological father is? Marie-Christine is determined to confront the man who lived in apartment 5. The neighbour has always confessed his crimes to the police when questioned. Will we finally know the truth?
