As Loren's due date quickly approaches, she and Alexei get ready to become a family of four. The couple take on a last-minute trip to Israel, mommy and me classes, a babymoon, and a trip to the NICU as they embark on life with two under 2.

With the news that the baby may arrive sooner than expected, Loren and Alex shift gears and decide to go on a local babymoon. Also, the couple still needs to figure out the best way to tell Loren's parents about their plan to move out-of-state.
