Mixed Blessings

Josie is laid off at the restaurant, so Hank and Tazz launch a boycott to get her re-hired. Tazz resorts to sabotage, the police are forced to intervene. In then end, romance blooms between them Hank makes a house call.

Josie wants to break it off with Hank. Devastated, he attends a bush party with Tazz but runs into his daughter. After a long night of despair, Hank makes a final appeal to Josie and the episode ends in Las Vegas, with an Elvis impersonator as best man.

Hank and Josie struggle to keep their marriage a secret as Mick announces he’s quitting school and moving out. Hank attempts to bring both families together – with disastrous results.

Again, Josie wants to end their relationship, despite being newly-married. Hank insists on sorting it out. During an arranged tryst, Mick drops by with friends. Hank is forced to make a naked escape, only to land in jail.

The marriage is finally revealed and Josie wants to do it again, but with a traditional Indigenous ceremony. Mick refuses to attend. During the ceremony, the groom's family retires by canoe to a distant island and manages to set the island on fire.

The two families move to Josie’s house, but Vicky isn't cooperating. As Hank and Josie look to buy a new house, Vicky finally shows up on the back of a motorcycle and Hank loses it.
