Bob, a Guardian recently assigned to protect Mainframe, agrees to meet the malevolent virus Megabyte, who plans to use the power of a large tear to infect the Super Computer.

When Enzo starts up his own delivery service, Megabyte convinces him to deliver a package to Hexadecimal that secretly contains a delete command; the package ends up with Bob inside a high-speed racing game as its countdown nears zero.

A magnet threatens to erase Dot.

Hexadecimal tricks Megabyte into releasing a bug that threatens to turn all of Mainframe into stone.

Enzo tries to help settle a grudge between Bob and Dot, but only makes things worse until the dangerous game "Starship Alcatraz" arrives in Mainframe, forcing the pair to put aside their differences and work together.

Frisket gets sick when he swallows an unformat command, which Megabyte wants for himself.
