World Diabetes Advocate, Celebrity Chef and Bob Marley's nephew, Charles Mattocks, visits the homes of 5 diabetics who are struggling and desperate for change.

The team arrives in Jamaica and are charmed by it's beauty, food and culture. Five strangers meet during their first trip outside of the U.S. with hopes of conquering their diabetes, but there's great concern that many are just here for a vacation.

As the guests settle in and begin their transformation, crisis and drama abounds during the struggle to achieve and maintain stable blood glucose levels!

The house is divided as Charles and a few guests go to Kingston for an eye-opening and life-changing encounter with the Diabetes Association of Jamaica and Camp Yellow Bird.

Feeling as though the house has gotten out of hand, Charles seeks to regain control and challenges everyone to revisit the reasons why they are in Jamaica to begin with. When the truth emerges, however, someone decides to break free!
