Helena gets a call from her estranged twin Siri begging her to visit her in a sanatorium, whereupon Siri switches places with Hel and escapes.

Hel wakes up and must learn the precise nature of the situation she is now in - discovering it is actually a secure facility for studying psychopaths.

Hel must find ways to survive and ultimately escape, as she learns about the dangerous enemies and lovers she has inherited from Siri.

Whilst trying to learn more about the XO organisation Hel asks to be given a psychopath test and walks the perimeter to confirm there is no escape.

Hel awakes after her experience in the Dead Zone and in a terrifying situation, which she must get out of with more deception.

Hel receives a message from outside and must continue to search for a way to convince them of her real identity or escape regardless.
