Endurace is the name of the game this episode as we ride mountain bike trials in the Himalayas. Then it's to the wilds of Romania for the 4 wheel drive, off-road adventure, the SuperKarpata.

This edition we investigate the crazy world of Crashed Ice, tackle icy tundras with some sled-heads on skidoos and ski down - and up - the Alps, in ski mountaineering.

The Challenge goes to Sweden where teams of athletes take on one of the toughest one day races in the world, the Ötillö swimrun. We visit Sipi River Lodge at Mount Elgon in Uganda and follow the Absa Cape Epic mountain bike stage race in South Africa.

The Challenge takes to the road with three diverse bikeriders exploring the vast terrain in Northern Argentina. And two climbers reach their limit as they try to scale the Trango Towers in Patagonia.
