The ultimate cookie-baking showdown as the nine best amateur bakers in America meet in the iconic baking show tent. It's Cookie Week, and our bakers have their first chance to make their mark in the tent-unless their cookies crumble.

This episode features a Technique Test challenging them to create chocolate vessels using household items, followed by a Chocolate Elimination Challenge. One baker will be sent home.

Six remaining bakers set out in Pastry Week, from favorite childhood snacks to street food classics, plus pies galore, it's a week for tasty treats in the baking tent.

Contestants make crème caramel; an Eastern European bake that's as complex as it is mysterious and a jelly art masterpiece.

The top 3 take on fruit tarts. The tropical slice technical bake is a test of precision and finesse. And finally, the bakers tell their story in a stunning three-tiered dessert tower for the showstopper.
