S4, E11: Nancy has to deal with the aftermath of Shane's exploits the after-effects of her ayahuasca trip and further confrontations with Guillermo. Silas asks Nancy to respect his need for more space . As a result of the struggles with her rehab partner Celia is forced to leave the facility and has to transfer to a less exclusive institution. Doug and Maria's relationship quickly goes south. At the end of the episode Nancy meets with agent Till and reveals Guillermo's whereabouts.
